Maintenance Plan

1) All Current
version updates are free to users who purchase the current
version. We normally
put up updates every 1-3 weeks.
2) When we release a new version, you would have to purchase an upgrade to
use the new version. You could continue using the old version without upgrading as long
as you like.
3) At the time we release a new version, we stop putting up
current version updates.
4) Typically the upgrade price is ~50 % of latest version
price.
5) We will stop supporting the old version when its end of life is
reached. This is normally 18 months after the new version is
released.
