System variables: These are
pre-defined variables like date,
clipboard, etc.

User variables: These are variables
that you can define as per your need.

File Monitoring |
You can monitor
a File or multiple Files for size,
timestamp, or simply if they exist. If
the monitoring condition is met, you can run
other tasks in sequence or in parallel.
The filename(s) that satisfy the monitoring
criteria are stored as variables for use in
other tasks. |
|
Directory Monitoring |
You can monitor
a Directory for changes in its size,
timestamp, or simply if it exists. If
the monitoring condition is met, you can run
other tasks in sequence or in parallel.
The directory that satisfy the monitoring
criteria are stored as variables for use in
other tasks. |
|
Subdirectory Monitoring |
You can monitor
a directory's subdirectories for size,
number of files within them, timestamp, or
simply if they exist. If the
monitoring condition is met, you can run
other tasks in sequence or in parallel.
The subdirectory names that satisfy the
monitoring criteria are stored as variables
for use in other tasks. |
|
Task Sequences |
Using this
feature, you can create few simple tasks and
re-use them within a large complex task.
Task Sequencing makes task management
easier. You can run these tasks in
sequence and conditionally move on to the
next task or exit the sequence depending on
exit code. |
|
Interoperability |
Support for
other applications: The process task allows
you to run batch files or any other scripts. This
allows you to perform even more complex
tasks. |
|
Email notification Profiles |
Email
notification allows you to send status mail
when task finishes. You can specify
different email notification settings for
each task, depending on exit code. You can define content
of the status email. Default email template
contains:
-
Task Name
-
Task Description
-
Task Status
-
Last Run Time
|
|

can specify description/notes. Each task
also shows total keystrokes and mouse
clicks, etc. |
|
Export task as TXT file |
You can export
a task into a text file. In the Editor use
File->Save as txt file to export your task. |
